First Place Winner at GauFEST - 2025
The 30.Gaufest was held on July 3-6, 2025, at the Delaware Sängerbund Hall in Newark, Delaware. It was co-hosted by Enzian Volkstanzgruppe Newark, Delaware, and United German Hungarians of Greater Philadelphia.
Our very own Zach Fuchs competed in dance and placed first in his age group. He has the honor of representing our club in Pullach, Germany the weekend of July 17-19, 2026. Make us proud Zach!
First place winner mITTELWEST bEZIRKSFEST - 2023, 2024 & 2025
We look forward to the 2026 Mittelwest Bezirksfest hosted by the D’Frohliche Schuhplattler, St. Louis and TSV D’Holzar, Dallas on Friday and Saturday, March 27 and 28. This gathering is one to showcase our Kinder (children) dancers. Our Kinder will either be critiqued, or if they choose, to be judged.
Our club has had 5 first place winners since 2008!

Oberlandler Competition Team places 7th in North America
The Oberlandler dance competition team who danced for Gruppenpreisplatteln placed 7th in July, 2023 at the 29. Gaufest in Sandusky, OH.
Several members also competed in the individual category.
